1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Grease oven tray; line with baking paper.
2.Cut pastry into quarters; place quarters on tray, prick pastry with fork, brush with butter.
3.Divide sugar and nuts among pastry squares, leaving 1cm border around each.
4.Slice peach halves thinly; divide among pastry squares. Bake about 10 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.

Ready-rolled puff pastry can be bought at any local supermarket.
