Chilli lemon grass lamb

1.Combine garlic, lemongrass, chilli, fish sauce and peanut oil in a large bowl. Add cutlets, turn to coat in mixture and stand 10 minutes.
2.Drain cutlets; cook on heated oiled barbecue (or grill plate) until cooked as desired.
