Method

1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease oven trays.
2.Brush pastry with butter; sprinkle with combined sugar and cinnamon. Cut pastry in half. Turn one half over, sugar-side down; place the other half, sugar-side up, on top. Press lightly to join layers. Cut pastry into 1cm wide strips; twist each strip, pinching ends to secure. Place on trays.
3.Bake about 10 minutes or until browned lightly and crisp; transfer to a wire rack to cool.
