Apple cinnamon tarts

These crisp apple tarts are fuss-free, speedy to make and completely delicious.

Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to 220°C/425°F. Grease oven tray.
2.Peel, core and halve apple; slice thinly.
3.Cut pastry sheet in half to form 2 rectangles; place on tray. Overlap apple slices down centre of pastry halves. Brush apple with butter; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
4.Bake tarts about 15 minutes or until pastry is browned. Brush hot tarts with jam.

Cinnamon sugar is available from the spices section of the supermarket.
