Method

1.Wrap ham around two asparagus spears; secure with toothpicks.Cook on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until browned.
2.To make dressing, place olive oil and vinegar in screw-top jar; shake well.
3.Divide rocket, tomato and basil among serving plates. Drizzle with dressing; top with cheese.
4.Remove and discard toothpicks from asparagus. Serve asparagus with salad.
