1.Combine veal, oil, garlic, rind and 1/2 tsp paprika in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

3.Cook veal on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked as desired. Cover veal; stand 5 minutes then slice thinly.
4.Meanwhile, cook radicchio on same heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until heated through.
5.Place veal in medium bowl with remaining ingredients and toss gently to combine.
6.Divide radicchio among serving plates. Top with veal mixture, drizzle with mayonnaise.
