steaks with parsnip mash



1.Combine beef in large bowl with sauces, garlic and onion; toss to coat beef in marinade. Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes.
2.Meanwhile, boil, steam or microwave potato and parsnip until just tender; drain. Mash with butter and cream in large bowl until smooth. Cover to keep warm.
3.Drain beef; discard marinade. Cook beef in heated oiled grill pan (or grill or barbecue) until browned and cooked as you like.
4.Boil, steam or microwave spinach until just wilted; drain. Serve beef with mash and spinach.
