Nam jim dressing


1.Rub steak with oil; cook on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) over high heat until cooked as desired. Transfer steak to plate, stand, covered, 10 minutes; slice thinly.
2.To make nam jim dressing, blend or process ingredients until smooth.
3.Arrange salad leaves, cucumber, shallots, steak and cashews on a serving platter. Drizzle with dressing and, if desired, top with coriander leaves.
