Paprika lamb chops with greek salad

You can use smoked paprika in place of sweet if you prefer a darker flavour to your lamb.

1.Sprinkle lamb with paprika. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large frying pan; cook lamb until browned and cooked as desired. Cover lamb; stand 5 minutes.
2.Meanwhile, combine capsicum, tomato, cheese, juice, parsley and remaining oil in large bowl; toss gently.
3.Divide salad and lamb among serving plates; serve with lemon wedges.
