1.In medium heatproof bowl over medium saucepan of simmering water, place egg yolks and butter. Stir until butter is melted. Whisk in chocolate; cool to room temperature.
2.In medium bowl, beat egg whites with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Fold egg whites, whipped cream and schnapps into chocolate mixture, in two batches.
3.Spoon mousse mixture into eight 1/3-cup (80ml) dishes; cover, refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
