1.Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Grease six 1-cup (250ml) shallow ovenproof dishes; place on oven tray.
2.Divide berries among dishes. Whisk eggs, sugar and extract in medium bowl until frothy. Whisk in sifted flours and milk until just combined. Pour mixture, over the back of a spoon, into dishes.
3.Bake clafoutis about 35 minutes or until set. Serve warm, dusted with sifted icing sugar and cream, if you like.
