1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Grease oven trays, line with baking paper.
2.Beat butter and sifted icing sugar in small bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Stir in sifted dry ingredients.
3.Spoon mixture into piping bag fitted with 1cm (½ inch) fluted tube. Pipe stars about 3cm (1¼ inches) apart on trays. Bake about 10 minutes, cool on trays. Sandwich biscuits with hazelnut spread.
