1.Peel and seed cucumber, use vegetable peeler to slice cucumber as thinly as possible. Place cucumber in a strainer or colander, sprinkle with salt. Stand 20 minutes, then rinse cucumber with cold water, drain well. Pat dry with absorbent paper.
2.Spread bread with butter. Sandwich cucumber slices between bread slices.
3.Cut crusts from bread, cut each sandwich into three fingers.
