Method

1.In a small frying pan, heat olive oil and cook onion, garlic and basil leaves, stirring, until onion is soft.
2.Blend onion mixture with tomato soup, water and capsicum until smooth.
3.Combine soup mixture in a saucepan with white beans. Bring mixture to the boil; simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes. Stir in cream and serve bowls of soup sprinkled with fresh baby basil leaves.
