Serving suggestion
We’ve topped the salmon with a fresh and zingy salsa verde. You can also accompany this meal with some steamed green vegetables or a fresh salad.
Roast potatoes would also pair well with the salmon. Check out these four ways with air fryer roast potatoes for some inspiration.
What is salsa verde?
Salsa verde means ‘green sauce’ and thats exactly what it is. Zesty and packed with various herbs, capers and lemon juice this sauce goes on anything.
This Italian-inspired herbaceous green sauce elevates perfectly grilled pork cutlets. Pan-fried ravioli paired with the zingy herb sauce cuts through the richness. It also goes perfectly with fish, as you’ll find out when you make this salmon recipe. Try this snapper and salsa verde recipe for another seafood option.
