Lentil and tomato soup

Just 4 ingredients and a few minutes and you have a quick, easy and hearty soup. Serve with toast or buttered bread for a complete supper.

1.Cook celery in heated oiled medium saucepan, stirring, until almost tender.
2.Add soup and 2 cups (500ml) cold water to pan; cook, stirring, over medium heat, until hot (do not boil). Stir in lentils.
3.Serve soup sprinkled with parsley. Serve with fresh crusty bread.
