1.Cook bacon on heated oiled barbecue until browned and crisp.
2.Cook onion and sausages on heated oiled barbecue until onion is soft and sausages are cooked through.
3.Meanwhile, boil, steam or microwave potato until soft; drain. Mash potato with milk and butter.
4.Boil, steam or microwave peas until just tender; drain. Stir peas and bacon through mash.
5.Serve mash topped with sausages and onion.
