Mediterranean lentils and chorizo

1.Heat oil in large frying pan. Stir celery and onion over medium heat until onion softens.
2.Slice chorizo in half lengthways, then cut each half crossways into two pieces. Add chorizo to pan; cook until browned. Add garlic, sherry and paste to pan. Continue stirring until fragrant.
3.Add lentils to pan with spinach and marjoram. Cover and cook until spinach wilts. Season to taste.
