Corn salsa

Method

1.To make corn salsa; boil, steam or microwave corn and beans until tender; drain. Rinse under cold water; drain. Combine corn and beans in a medium bowl with remaining ingredients.
2.Combine spices in a small shallow bowl, add fish; turn to coat fish in spice mixture.
3.Spray heated grill plate (or grill or barbecue) with oil; cook fish for 5 minutes each side or until cooked.
4.Serve fish with corn salsa.

Use well-drained canned corn kernels or thawed frozen corn instead of fresh corn, if you like.
