Fragrant tomato ketchup

1.5 Litre



1.Place all ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to the boil. Adjust heat to a steady low boil; cook 2 hours, uncovered, stirring occasionally.
2.Puree in a blender or food processor, then pour into hot sterilised bottles and seal.
