Method

1.To make thai dressing; place ingredients in screw-top jar; shake well.
2.Cook fish on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked as desired.
3.Serve fish drizzled with dressing and, if desired, with a mixed salad and lemon wedges.

We used swordfish, but you can use tuna steaks or cutlets.
