Fire up the barbecue with this lip-smacking seafood dish with grilled vegetables.

1.To make aïoli, combine ingredients in small bowl.
2.Shell and devein prawns, leaving tails intact. Place prawns in large bowl with oil, garlic, paprika, rind and fish; toss to combine, season.
3.Cook vegetables on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until tender. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
4.Cook seafood on same heated grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until prawns are changed in colour and fish is cooked through.
5.Serve seafood and vegetables with aïoli and lemon wedges.

We used whiting fillets in this recipe but you can use any white fish fillets you like.
