1.Grill, pan-fry or barbecue sausages until browned all over and cooked through. Drain on kitchen paper and keep warm. Layer lettuce leaves, pineapple slices and tomato slices on base of each roll then top each one with a cooked sausage and drizzle with hot chilli sauce. Replace roll tops to serve.
We used gourmet country-style beef sausages in this recipe.Note
