1.Combine egg, milk and paste in small jug.
2.Combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in medium bowl; stir in egg mixture until combined.
3.Heat oil in large saucepan; deep-fry tablespoons of batter, in batches, on low heat about 5 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Drain on absorbent paper.
4.Roll hot fritters in caster sugar to coat. Serve immediately.
