Ingredients

Method

1.In a medium pan, combine orange juice, water, honey and cinnamon stick. Bring to the boil.
2.Add pears and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Add apricots and simmer, uncovered, for a further 3 minutes. Stir in dates and simmer 2 minutes.
3.Discard cinnamon stick. Serve fruit warm with honey yoghurt.

This recipe can be made a day ahead.
