1.Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Return baked pastry cases to mini muffin pans.
2.Divide asparagus, chicken and chives into pastry cases.
3.Combine eggs and milk in large jug; pour into pastry cases, sprinkle with cheese.
4.Bake quiches about 10 minutes or until filling is set.
These quiches are best served warm. Filling ingredients can be prepared 24 hours ahead.Note
