1.Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C fan-forced). Grease 12 hole (⅓ cup/80ml capacity) muffin pan.
2.Sift flour into large bowl, stir in nuts, pepper, cheese and pear, then eggs, oil and milk.
3.Spoon mixture into prepared pan, sprinkle with extra cracked pepper. Bake about 20 minutes.
