1.Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Oil oven trays.
2.Place peas in large saucepan, and add enough water to just cover. Boil peas about 20 minutes or until very soft; drain.
3.Heat butter in large frying pan; cook onion until soft. Add peas, corned beef and curry powder. Stir mixture until heated through, mashing with fork so peas break down. Remove from heat; cool.
4.Cut rounds from pastry sheets using 10cm cutter (will need 24 rounds). Brush rounds lightly with egg; place 1 rounded tablespoon of pea mixture in centre. Fold in half to enclose filling; press edges to seal and fold slightly.
5.Place on trays; bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown
