1.Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Line a 12-hole muffin pan with paper cases or grease holes of pan.
2.Sift flour and sugar together into large bowl; stir in remaining ingredients.
3.Divide mixture among muffin holes; bake, uncovered, about 20 minutes. Stand 5 minutes; turn, top-side up, onto wire rack to cool.
