1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Line two 12-hole (1-tablespoon/ 20ml) mini muffin pans with foil cases.
2.Melt butter with honey in small saucepan. Combine butter mixture with cornflakes, nuts and ginger in large bowl.
3.Drop level tablespoons of mixture into each case. Bake about 10 minutes or until golden. Cool in pans.
