For the Mediterranean filling
For the spinach and mushroom filling:
1.Combine flour and oregano in a large bowl. Rub in butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add milk, and mix to form a dough. Knead lightly and cut dough into 6 pieces. Roll out into 15cm circles.
2.Combine ingredients for the selected filling. Divide mixture evenly between each circle, moisten edges with water and fold in half, pinching edges to secure.
3.Bake at 200°C (or 180°C for fan forced ovens) for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or cold.
Select the desired calzone filling for the dough or halve both fillings for one quantity.Note
