Method

1.

Place berries, sugar and juice in a 4.5-litre (18-cup) slow cooker; stir to coat. Cook, covered, on high, for 4 hours.

2.

Uncover, increase heat to reduce setting on high; boil, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes or until jam jells when tested.

3.

Pour hot jam into hot sterilised jars, seal immediately. Label and date jars when cold.
