1.Combine onions, mince, breadcrumbs and barbecue sauce in large bowl. Shape rounded tablespoons of mixture into meatballs.
2.Place uncooked balls on a plastic-wrap-lined tray and refrigerating for at least 30 minutes helps ensure they don’t fall apart during cooking.
3.Cook meatballs, in batches, in heated oiled large frying pan about 10 minutes or until cooked through. Drain on absorbent paper before serving.

Dip your fingers in cold water when shaping meatballs to keep the raw mixture from sticking to your hands.
