1.Break egg into a small cup.
2.Bring a small shallow pan of water to a gentle simmer; add vinegar to pan. Use a wooden spoon to make a whirlpool in the water; add the egg. Turn off heat, place lid on pan; stand for 4 minutes or until egg white is just set.
3.Remove with a slotted spoon or egg slide; cool slightly then serve.

Eggs contain 11 essential vitamins and minerals and are choc-full of protein. While egg allergy is one of the most common allergies in children, researchers from the University of Melbourne have found that introducing eggs early is thought to provide protection.
