Method
1.Break egg into a small cup.
2.Bring a small shallow pan of water to a gentle simmer; add vinegar to pan. Use a wooden spoon to make a whirlpool in the water; add the egg. Turn off heat, place lid on pan; stand for 4 minutes or until egg white is just set.
3.Remove with a slotted spoon or egg slide; cool slightly then serve.
