Serves 4 Cook 10M Women's Weekly Food Print Ingredients 1 kilogram (2 pounds) coarsely chopped peeled parsnips 40 gram (1½ ounces) butter 1 crushed garlic clove 3/4 cup hot pouring cream 1 tablespoon torn parsley leaves cracked black pepper Method 1.Boil, steam or microwave parsnips until tender; drain.
