Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water for 2 minutes less than the recommended cooking time on the packet; drain. Transfer pasta to a large bowl; season with salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper. Add oil and juice. Stir to combine.
Just before serving, add remaining ingredients, toss to combine.
