Method

1.Rub spice mix over both sides of steak. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook steak for 8 minutes or until browned and cooked as desired. Remove from pan and cover to keep warm.
2.Combine beans, corn, tomato and coriander in a medium bowl; season to taste.
3.Slice steak thickly. Divide salad between serving plates; top with steak. Serve with lime wedges.
