Method

1.Blend avocado, banana, coconut water, yoghurt, juice, honey and ice until smooth.
2.Divide extra ice between two 1½-cup (375ml) glasses; pour in smoothie. Top with chia seeds and coconut flakes. Serve immediately. Garnish with strips of lime rind, if you like.
