Method

1.Cut beef rump steak into 2.5cm (1 inch) pieces. Combine steak in medium bowl with chilli, fish sauce, coriander (cilantro), garlic, ginger, brown sugar and lime juice. Thread steak onto 8 bamboo skewers; cook on heated oiled barbecue (or grill or grill pan).
