1.Combine steaks, garlic and paste in large bowl.
2.Cook steaks on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked as desired.
3.Meanwhile, cook lime on grill plate about 2 minutes or until browned.
4.Serve steaks with lime halves, chutney, combined yoghurt and coriander; accompany with steamed beans, if you like.
If you have time, marinate the steaks, covered, for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator.Note
