Method
1.Cook sausages in medium saucepan of boiling water until cooked; drain, cut into 2.5cm pieces.
2.Cut capsicum and pineapple into 2.5cm pieces. Cut onion into thin wedges. Thread sausages, capsicum, pineapple and onion onto 8 bamboo skewers; brush with 1/3 cup of sweet and sour sauce.
3.Cook skewers on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until browned.
4.Serve with extra sweet and sour sauce; sprinkle with fresh coriander.
Soak bamboo skewers in cold water for at least 30 minutes before using to prevent them from scorching during cooking.
