Method

1.Combine duck with sauce in medium bowl. Heat oiled wok; stir-fry duck, in batches, until browned. Remove from wok.
2.Reheat oiled wok; stir-fry asparagus and cabbage, until cabbage wilts. Return duck to wok with peas; stir-fry until peas are hot, season to taste.
