Method

1.Cook salmon on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked as desired.
2.Meanwhile, stir remaining ingredients in small saucepan over low heat until butter melts.
3.Spoon butter mixture over salmon and serve with steamed rice and baby buk choy, if desired.
