Pork and kumara mash
1.Make apple salsa. Combine ingredients in a small bowl.
2.Boil, steam or microwave kumara until tender; drain. Mash kumara with butter in a large bowl until smooth; stir in half the sage.
3.Meanwhile, combine pork, oil, garlic and remaining sage in a large bowl.
4.Cook pork on a heated oiled barbecue grill plate, 4 minutes each side or until browned and cooked as desired.
5.Serve pork with mash and salsa.
