1.Heat oil in grill pan over high heat.
2.Combine prawns and sauce in large bowl; season. Thread prawns onto 24 bamboo skewers. Cook prawns about 3 minutes or until changed in colour.
3.Meanwhile, combine juice, the water and mayonnaise in a large bowl. Add coleslaw mix; toss to combine. Season to taste.
4.Microwave tortillas according to directions on packet. Serve prawns with tortillas and coleslaw. Accompany with lime cheeks, if you like.

Wrap the ends of the skewers in foil to stop them burning during cooking. To make home-prepared coleslaw: finely slice a quarter of a green cabbage, 1 carrot and 2 green onions into thin strips; toss through some whole-egg mayonnaise.
