1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water until tender; drain, reserve ¼ cup cooking water.
2.Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a medium frying pan over low heat; cook chilli, garlic and oregano, stirring, 2 minutes or until chilli softens.
3.Add pasta, lemon juice and enough reserved cooking water to coat into pan with chilli mixture. Serve topped with shaved parmesan, season to taste.
