Method

1.Boil, steam or microwave 1 trimmed corn cob. Drain, cool. Cut corn into 8 slices, then halve.
2.Cut onion into 16 thin wedges, capsicum (bell pepper) into 8 pieces and pork scotch steaks into 3cm pieces. Combine steak with mexican chilli powder in large bowl.
3.Thread steak, onion, capsicum and 2 pieces of corn onto 8 skewers. Cook skewers on heated oiled barbecue (or grill or grill pan).
