Lamb tikka cutlets with kumara puree

1.Combine lamb, paste and yoghurt in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
2.Grill or barbecue lamb until browned both sides and cooked as desired.
3.To make kumara puree, boil, steam or microwave kumara until tender; drain. Melt butter in saucepan; cook garlic and leek, stirring, until leek is soft and browned lightly.
4.Process kumara with cream, crumbled stock cubes and milk until smooth. Combine kumara mixture with leek mixture and coriander in pan. Stir over heat until hot.
