Curried pea soup

Take a trip to India with this warm soup made with tikka masala curry paste and best served with crunchy papadums.

1.Melt butter with oil in a large saucepan; cook onion, stirring, for 5 minutes or until soft.
2.Add curry paste to onion mixture. Cook, stirring, until fragrant. Add peas, stock and water, bring to the boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Cool 15 minutes.
