Chilli beef stir-fry

Quick, simple and nutritious, this chilli beef stir-fry is the perfect mid-week dinner on those days when you feel like something spicy.



1.Process the chillies, ginger, shallots, sugar, fish sauce and oil until ingredients are chopped finely.
2.Stir-fry chilli mixture in a heated oiled wok for about 5 minutes, stirring continuously, or until fragrant and browned. Add beef, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
3.Add the onion and Chinese broccoli, stir-fry for about 2 minutes or until just wilted. Stir through extra fish sauce and basil leaves.
4.Serve with steamed rice, if desired.
